Merle passed away peacefully at Glenbrae Resthome on Friday, May 26, 2023, at the age of 96. Much loved wife of Trevor (deceased) for 64 wonderful years. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Neil and Raewyn, Sue and Warren, Rae and Ros, and Yve and Brook. Special Gran to Carmen, Telen, Nikki, and Alana, and Granny to her great grandchildren, Cooper, Keenan and Aleisha.

The service to celebrate Merle’s life will be held at the Collingwood Funeral Home Chapel at 1358 Eruera Street, Rotorua, on Monday May 29th, at 1pm. In preference to floral tributes, a memorial donation may be made to the Rotorua Community Hospice Trust, P O Box 1092, Rotorua. These may also be left at the service.
